These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and d2222 (the "Platform") governing your use of the d2222 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions and all related services. Account Registration

• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity, money laundering or the proceeds of any criminal enterprise.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, market or event available on d2222.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings or other account advantages not legitimately earned.

Detection of any prohibited activity may result in the permanent withholding of all funds in the affected account pending investigation. d2222's findings in such investigations are final and binding on the player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the d2222 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, interface design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software and all related intellectual property — is the exclusive property of d2222 or its licensed partners. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of d2222.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the d2222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign or otherwise commercially exploit the platform or any of its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d2222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions or errors in game outcomes attributable to certified RNG or live-dealer systems.

d2222 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Account Suspension and Termination

d2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including multi-accounting, fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited activity.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that may expose d2222 to legal or regulatory risk.
